Message From Our President

NCPG Community,

I hope you all are having a great start to your summer thus far. Personally, this hot weather and being crazy pregnant is getting a little old! I’m reaching out to pass along an important update about our 2017-18 year. I know there has been some speculation about upcoming changes, so I thought you all would appreciate hearing it straight from the horse’s mouth so-to-speak.

As you all know the Church of the Beatitudes has been our home for as long as any of us can remember. It has definitely been a great space for us; however it is no secret that the facilities have gotten a little tired over the years. The church has been undergoing financial difficulties, and it was brought to our attention that we may need to secure a new location for classes. In May we got the official word that the church has decided to tear down a large portion of their campus, leaving us without the appropriate amount of classrooms and nursery space that we require.

Lindsay, myself, and all my fabulous board members have worked tirelessly to find a new location that would not only accommodate our large group size, but would be a tremendous improvement in the overall feel of NCPG. I am beyond thrilled to announce that we will be moving to Saint Barnabas on the Desert Episcopal Church starting in September!

St. Barnabas on the Desert
6715 N. Mockingbird Lane
Paradise Valley, AZ 85253

While this is a huge change for NCPG, especially considering our name “North Central,” after doing extensive research on our members’ zip codes, we feel extremely confident that the vast majority of our community will have a much shorter commute to class on Wednesday mornings. St. Barnabas is such a beautiful, well-kept church that not only has the ability to house our meetings, but also offers us so much more in childcare, indoor/outdoor uses, AC systems, cleanliness, technology, and more! We hope you all will be as excited about the change as we are. Check out the photos we had taken to get a better idea of the facilities!

We will be hosting a “back to class” event in early September, in which you can locate your classroom, meet your teacher, and socialize with your friends. Stay tuned for further details.

Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
